% BACK SQUATS
It’s been a little bit since we’ve done some back squats. The goal for today is to load the bar to a moderate weight, go lighter then heavier! With this weight you will move fast and fluid through 5 reps every interval, rebuilding proper squatting patterns and staying consistent with them every Rep.
POWER CLEAN + PUSH JERK MAX
-We’ve finally made it to the end of our cycle! Yay lifting, today will be the day to attempt a heavy single. Remember, not all days will be good days. Do not push the weight past what you’re capable of lifting with great technique, if you don’t PR it’s ok. Live to lift another day!
