What's going on Nutrition Challenge Crew?!
Nice job thus far with the pop-up challenges!!
Last week we introduced the idea of keeping a food log - a great way to keep track of what food you are eating. This week, we are taking things a step forward and asking you to pay attention to HOW MUCH food you are eating (i.e. - QUANTITY CONTROL).

How to report these measurements?
The only way we can keep the quantity control general like this, but still have some reporting and accountability, is essentially the same as this past week. So we will have everyone write down a food log again this week (we should be in a good groove), but now we are mandating the quantity portion be recorded as well. We hinted at this last week...! If you used a Macro calculating app this past week, you are essentially doing the same thing for another week since you should have had to put in some kind of quantity reporting already.
