M = Clean-Grip Deadlifts
W = Close-Grip Bench Press
Th = Marston
F = Box Front Squat/Power Snatch (week 3/3)
Build up to a 3RM for the day (they can be touch 'n go).
For Time (15:00 cap):
Squat Cleans (F = 75/45; P+C = 135/95)
*Push the pace on this one from the get-go. By the time you get to the 5's (and the workout is pretty much done), if you've paced it too much until then, you'll end up saying to yourself, "I could've gone harder on that one..." and I don't want you saying that! :)
