Build to something that feels heavy'ish for 1 Rep (~90-95%, NOT a true 1 RM)
...THEN, drop the weight by ~10%, and complete:
3 sets x 1 rep at that new weight
EMOM x 10
Min 1 = 1 Squat Clean Thruster (F = 65/45; P+C = 135/95)
Min 2 = 2 SCT
Min 3 = 3 SCT
Min 4 = 4 SCT
...And so forth...ending with:
Min 10 = 10 SCT
**While "resting", accumulate as many Double Unders as possible. Your score for this WOD is how many DU you accumulate over the 10 minutes.
For Example: during minute 1, I do my 1 SCT and then get 70 DU's during the rest of the time in that first minute. So far my score is 70. By minute 10, maybe I don't have any time or energy to do any more DU's...
Figure out your strategy so you don't burn yourself out too early in this EMOM. Don't try to go for so many DU's in the first minutes that you can never catch your breath in time to complete the number of SCT's in the next minute.
