Tuckerman's / Mt. Washington Hike Alert!
I know this is not my usual planning timeline for folks, with regards to advanced notice, I apologize, but we are going to head up to Mt. Washington for our annual Resilience Hike on the Friday/Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (5/25 + 5/26) this year!
For those who don't know/remember, my dad and I have been hiking Mt. Washington forever (as documented above), and I've spread the love and continued the tradition with my Resilience Family over the years (This will be our 5th year! Crazy!). Basic outline for those interested:
Friday: we head up and spend the night in North Conway
Saturday: early start for the hike so we can make it back down and head home

- Build to a 1 RM or daily heavy single repetition
Newer to the Movement
- Complete sets of 3 reps, and build to a comfortably heavy weight with good form.
