Front Squat Waves
3 x 3-2-1
Similar to the back squat waves we did a few weeks ago, starting around 50% and building up to something heavy'ish (~90-92.5%).
*People who are not as comfortable building up to a heavy front squat = 9 sets of 3 reps, increasing as long as form allows.
