-The Set is 10 Unbroken Reps, the weight should be challenging for the tempo. Once you finish the 5 tempo reps immediately perform 5 regular reps with same weight. Once 10 Reps is done, head right the Strict pull-ups. Stay at the same weight across all sets
-I’d suggest partnering up, once partner 1 starts the pull-ups partner 2 can begin benching.
