Open Workout Re-Do's + Don't's
If you are performing this week's Open workout today, all we ask is that you respect the classes throughout the day. Fitness for the rest of us doesn't rest! If you can try to complete it outside of a class time that would be great. If not, just know that the coach won't really be able to help you with your workout during a class time. Be safe, have fun, and kill it!

Build to a heavy weight in the complex below in 9:00, alternating with a buddy:
3 Hang Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
5 Rounds For Time (16:00 cap)
15 Front Squats (115/75)
12 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar
*If you're pushing this one, you'll be trying to keep each round as close to 1:00, or less, as possible.
