Open Workout Re-Do's + Don't's
If you are performing this week's Open workout today, all we ask is that you respect the classes throughout the day. Fitness for the rest of us doesn't rest! If you can try to complete it outside of a class time that would be great. If not, just know that the coach won't really be able to help you with your workout. Be safe, have fun, and kill it!

First, build up to ~75% of your OHS.
EMOM x 6
- 3 Reps @75%
*This weight should definitely be challenging, with regards to core and shoulder stability, but something that you can still perform efficiently.
4 RFT (15:00 cap)
35 Wall Balls
15 Deadlifts (165/115)
*For those who did not attend this past Saturday's workout, you could substitute the Deadlifts with Pull-Ups/C2B Pull-Ups.
