Th = Open Workout 17.1 test/re-test
F = Wide-Stance, Box Back Squats / Speed Deadlifts
1 1/4 Front Squats (w/ a 1 sec pause at the bottom of the first squat)
- Build to a heavy'ish set of 3 reps, NOT an all out
*Between the first 4 sets, complete a set of: 8 (ea) Single KB, Single-Leg, RDL's.
4 RFT (20:00 cap)
10 Hang Power Cleans (F = 95/65; P+C = 155/105)
30 Air Squats
