*As much as I would love us to be able to just run down to the end of the long building and back for our 400m run, for consistency purposes (and to please our neighbors...), all classes will run 2 laps around the building for our 400m run.
I mean it. This is should be some play time. Have fun with the below three movements and enjoy the day!
20 yds. Max Weighted Backward Sled Drag
- Think that last sled drag was the heaviest you can possibly do?? I bet you can do more! Give this one a true test.
20 yds. Max Weighted Super Yoke Carry
- If you haven't done this yet, I know you'll surprise yourself. Be smart, but have some fun with this one.
Max Distance Handstand Walk
- For those who have been practicing, or want to be practicing, have a go at it! (Inside please, not outside on the asphalt)
