Those Not As Comfy With Big Weights
- Perform 10 sets of 2 reps at a weight that is on the brink of challenging your technique.

12 - Front Squats (F = 75/45; P = 135/95; C = 155/105)
8 - Box Jump Overs
4 - S2OH (F = 75/45; P = 135/95; C = 155/105)
2 - Rope Climbs (F = 2 Full Range of Motion Rope Rows, back to floor!)
*Challenge your "push"-ability with this one. The top athletes today will be under 10:00.
