Min 1 = 3 Speed, Touch 'n Go, Deadlifts (@~75%)
Min 2 = 4 Comfortably High, Seated Box Jumps (use your explosiveness!)
For Time (12:00 cap):
Deadlifts (F =135/95; P = 255/185; C = 315/225)
Box Jumps (P+C = 30"/24")
*The weight you used for the strength piece should be heavier than the weight you use for the WOD. The WOD weight should definitely be heavy for a WOD-style deadlift, but something you can still struggle through with good form.
Let's call it around 65% of your deadlift for this WOD, at most. So if you use the 255/185 weights, that means your 1 RM deadlift should be around 392/285. And the 315/225 would equate to ~485/345, minimum.
