Snatch Technique Work
EMOM x 14
Min 1 = 3-5 Snatch Pulls From The Blocks (bar just above knees, on quads) (DEMO VIDEO)
Min 2 = 1-2 Hang Snatches (ideally squat snatches)
*Min 1 Goal = Using a heavy'ish weight for this movement (up to 120% of your best snatch, or maybe 50-60% of your deadlift). We want you to feel the bar sliding up your thighs and then bumping/brushing your hips as you aggressively snap your hips through to the full extension of the "HIPS, TOES, SHRUG".
*Min 2 Goal = Putting that muscle memory to practice! If you don't feel comfortable with the snatch, let's have you do some heavier hang cleans instead.
8 RFT (16:00 cap)
7 Pull Ups
5 Box Jump Overs
3 Handstand Push Ups
1 Strongman Sandbag Cleans Over The Shoulder
