18.1 went incredibly well! Looking forward to seeing what comes out of the hopper tonight!
OKAYYYYYY...! Very interesting...! Here's what we've got:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells
Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a
*We will more than likely be running multiple heats within each class. Keeping in the spirit of the CrossFit Open, where everyone in class will participate and have some fun with this challenging workout, we will be calling on each of you to help cheer, encourage, and judge each other individually and as a class! We hope you understand and can come together during this once-per-year, community event!
