Grayson Storm Update
We will be opening at 9am tomorrow morning to allow the plows some more time to do their work and make the roads safe for everyone's travels, as well as clear our parking lot. Sorry for any inconvenience, but unfortunately it is what it is. The snow came in abundance in a very short amount of time today! So nuts!
Clean & Jerk
Build to ~75% of your 1 RM from Tuesday, then perform:
EMOM x 5
- 2 Clean & Jerks
Then, put on a little more weight to ~85% of your 1 RM from Tuesday, and perform:
EMOM x 4
- 1 Clean & Jerk
Not As Comfy With The C & J?
- Perform the first EMOM with 2 Front Squats + 2 Push Press
- Perform the second EMOM with 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk
- Use appropriate weights that you can work on form and technique, and take the bar from the rack.
5 Box Jumps (step down!)
10 S2OH (115/75)
15 Deadlifts (115/75)
*DU Subs = :30 of practice, or DU Jumps.
