Squat Snatches / Cleans
- Select a weight that is fairly light (for example I would select 115#, or roughly 40% of my max snatch)
- Build to that weight, then perform:
- 1 Squat Snatch / Clean every :30 for 8:00 (16 reps)
*Focus on smooth, perfect, repeatable repetitions. We want EVERY SINGLE repetition to look the same here.
As a team of 4
Accumulate 1,500 Calories (25:00 cap)
- Within your team of 4, one person starts on a Rower, Ski Erg, and Assault Bike, while the last person begins resting. Those will be the four "stations". Rotate every minute between the four stations to accumulate your Calorie total.
*So, if your team averages 100 calories every 4 minutes, per piece of equipment, that would give you a time of 20:00. That's obviously still going to be very hard to do. Have fun!
**If there aren't enough Assault Bikes and/or Ski Ergs, first, try to sub in another Rower, next sub in DB Renegade Rows (35/20) and every row will = 1 rep.
