3 Hang Power Snatches
*Start with a light weight (~40%) and add weight each minute, ending with something that is JUST over your technical failure weight. If you get there early, do NOT continue to add weight. Work on the fluidity of the movement and feeling the weightlessness during the transition from the pull to the catch.

*Increasing weight each minute.

10 Box Jumps
- Steady state effort today. Top guys/gals will be pushing 6 rounds. Looking to see if you can find that groove right from the get-go, then half way through try to turn it up just a little bit. Not a crazy amount, and hold on to that slightly uncomfortable pace.
