This month we would like to recognize Sean O'Beirne as our CFR Athlete of the Month! From day one with us, Sean has shown 100% dedication to his health and fitness goals. He is a highly motivated individual who has put in countless extra hours, post workouts, to improve his fitness. He has made incredible strides with his weight loss, strength and quality of movement during workouts. Sometimes, as we all know, it's the little things in life that can be appreciated the most: instead of being unbearable sore after that first day of skiing this year, Sean mentioned feeling "fit as f***" and ready to go again the next day as a result of his new routine. Sean's work ethic is admirable and he is a pleasure to coach. Congratulations Sean! Keep up the excellent hard work!
