CrossFit Resilience is thrilled to host its third annual, Dynamic Duo competition. It is a 2-person team competition; same-sex (guy’s and gal’s divisions). We are happy to announce that we’re moving the event to a bigger venue. This year’s event will be held at the John Smith Sports Center (70 Sumner St, Milford, MA 01757) where we’ll be able to utilize 20,000 square feet of space.
This year, we will be running both a Scaled Division Competition and an Intermediate Division Competition on Saturday February 13th, 2016. Space is limited to 60 total teams for each division. All teams will be guaranteed participation in four events and the top 5 teams from each division will partake in a final event (TBA at the event). All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt from the event, and the top three teams from each division will be awarded awesome prize packages!
