30 Rounds: 10 Each "Waterfall" Style
10 Calorie Ski-Erg
13 KB Swings
16 Air Squats
B.) Team of 3
Accumulate 75 Tuck-ups each (225 Total)
*Tuck-ups will be performed in sets of 5, the two non working partners will be in a hollow hold. After you perform 5 reps, go back into Hollow hold until your turn comes back around. If at any point a partner breaks a Hollow hold then the tuck-up reps will not count until back into Hollow hold. Make sure to communicate!
