2min Max Assault Bike Calories
2min Max Ski-Erg Calories
2min Max Box Jump Overs
*1 athlete works at a time, switching off as desired.
Flow: Both partners will do work on the Assault bike for 2min accumulating calories and switching off as desired. They then will immediately rotate to the Ski-erg for 2min and then do the same for box jump overs before given a 1min rest. They will repeat this for a total of 6 rounds OR until the team has achieved 200 cals/reps at each of the 3 movements. If 200 reps of each movement is accumulated before the 6 rounds then the team notes the time and the workout is over. You will need to keep track of the reps for each individual exercise.
