100 Partner Wall Balls (50 each Alternating reps)
*ROW: Partners must switch every 250m
*Wall Balls: Partners will stand side by side, partner 1 will complete a full wall ball and direct the throw at an angle so it hits the wall and goes directly to partner 2 who will complete the next wall ball shot back to partner 1. Push for big sets here.
*Push-ups: Partners must switch every 5 reps
