Row For Max Meters (200m Shifts)
AMRAP 8 plate Snatches + 8 OH Plate Lunges
*Partners will switch every 200m on Rower till 5min has expired. Then immediately transition to alternating full rounds of 8+8 in the next 5min. Then repeat the same cycle for Rounds of 4-3-2-1 minutes.
**Lunges are 4/leg
