*20min Max on this workout. This is a test workout, simple movements w/light weight. You'll be able to physically get the work done, but will you be able to mentally?
B.) AMRAP 16:
Bike, Row, Run, Ski x Max Calories or distance
*Every 2min for the duration of the workout stop where you are and complete 12 Box Jumps.
*NOTE: you will choose two of the four options available and split them 8/8. Example being you would Bike for 8min and then Ski for 8min.
