50 Partner Med Ball Russian Twist Passes
50 Russian KB Swings (35/26)(53/35)(70/53)
*Split Reps Desired.
**Russian twists will be done side by side. Touch ball on opposite side of body then turn and pass of to partner where they will do the same. 50 Total, 25/person.

100 Burpees Over Partner Forearm Planking
*Accumulate 100 Burpees Total, but in order for reps to count they must be completed with a Jump I over your partner while holding a Plank, similar to over the Rower. Jump over your partners legs if you don’t think you’ll make it over the back/midline area. Try not to kick or kill one another!
