FLOW- Partner 1 starts with a max calorie row from 0-1min, then rests from 1-2min as partner 2 performs the row. From 2-3min partner 1 maxes out on box jumps, and then from 3-4min partner 2 does the box jumps. Continue this through the 4 exercises to equal 1 round, and then partner 1 will begin the next round right away after partner 2 closes out the previous round. Total time is 40min.
