5-4-3-2-1 Minutes of work:
Run (200m Shifts. 200m = 1 rep)
AMRAP: 10 Plate Snatches (45/25#) + 5 Burpees to Plate
Flow= The workout will be on a 30min running clock, and will begin with 5min of running for max distance. The athletes must switch every 200m, which means one will work while the other rests. After 5min of running has expired, the team immediately goes into 5min of the AMRAP. Athlete 1 will get the full round of 10 + 5 done and then will rest as partner 2 does the same. Once 5min has expired on the AMRAP, the team will now head back to the run and repeat everything for 4min. Continue in this fashion until you have finished the round of 1min.
