12 DB Burpee Box Step Overs (20" box for all)
*What's this movement? The athlete will have a pair of DBs, and they will place them to the floor and do a burpee in between them so the chest still makes contact to the floor. The athlete will then pop up from the burpee and deadlift the DBs to a standing position. Lastly, the athlete will step up onto the box with the DBs still being held and then travel to the opposite side. That will be one rep, alternate step-up legs so you hit each 6 times.
