30 Rounds: (Complete 10 rounds each)
16 Jump Lunges (8/side)
*Athlete 1 starts on the row, once done they move onto jump lunges and athlete 2 may start the row. Then once athlete 2 is done athlete 3 may start the row. Partner 1 sets the tone, and will get very little break if any. If partner 1 finishes the burpees and partner 3 is still rowing then partner 1 will wait to start the next round. The goal is to keep a fast but steady pace so you don't get caught by your partner from behind.
