**Every 2 minutes(2,4,6,8..etc.) until completion of the workout both partners must stop where they are and complete 12 Synchronized burpees. The workout starts with 12 synchronized burpees. In the synchronized burpee, you and your partner must have your chest on the floor at the same time and then complete the jump and clap overhead to finish the movement at the same time.
