Work up to a heavy 1 + 1
- Take about 8-10 Sets
- Reset between reps, no touch 'n go. Stay tight and braced!
- Move those hands a little wider on the bar so you can engage those lats appropriately and keep your upper back rock solid.
- Fast elbows during the transition with hips back and weight on heels during the catch.
