As a team of 3:
AMRAP 14...kind of...
*Take turns accumulating repetitions every :20...so it kind of turns into an EMOM style workout with three people on an individual basis.
Teammate #1 goes at 3, 2, 1...GO! = 0:00
Teammate #2 goes at 0:20
Teammate #3 goes at 0:40
Teammate #1 goes at 1:00
Teammate #2 goes at 1:20........etc., for 14 minutes.
**Goal would try to get 10 burpees within the :20 each time! (for our Rx athletes maybe)
- Calorie Row
*The person who just finished their row, then immediately goes into a plank for the duration of the next teammate's calorie row.
(alternating every 15/10 calories (recommended, but you may switch off sooner than that. Should take you about :30 or so. Definitely not beyond :45))
- Bear Crawl (alternating every 20 yds.)
*Immediately upon completing your 20 yds. Bear Crawl, complete 8 Hollow Rocks!
