Mini Testers (man / woman challenges):
1) Max Broad Jump: 3 attempts
2) Max Set of Double Unders: 3 Attempts
2a) If not going for a max set of DU's, perform an Assault Bike Max Calories in 2:00 test.
3) Max Distance UB Farmer Carry AHAP
Every 3:00 x 6 Sets (18:00 clock):
25 Air Squats
20 Abmat Sit-ups
10 Hang Power Snatch (75, 55)
*Scale Push-ups and/or everything as needed to get these reps done between 1:45-2:00 for the first three sets or so, then try to hold on for the last three as you start to fatigue. Should be a steady, but relatively aggressive output (~85% effort). This is a good mental challenge! Did you see the example round video??
