ODD: 1 Gymnastics Skill x a rep range that makes sense for you (~:30 - :40 worth)
EVEN: Side Plank x 20s ea.
Every 3:00 x 5 Sets:
50 Double Unders
- :50 seconds worth of attempts
- 75 Singles
Rx+: 50 DU + 20 burpees
*This option is for those who are comfortable with BOTH movements. If you over estimate this option, for every rep that you do NOT complete, you must do 3x the number of burpees as your penalty. Once you select going Rx+, there's no going back today! Complete these reps after everyone is finished inside a circle of everyone stretching and cooling down.
