Build to a 1 RM for the day
Summon ALL of the strength from your legs and entire body to get after this 1 RM. Use the muscles we've developed and woken up from all of the wide-stance box squatting we've done. Keep that chest up and DRIVE through the floor with your whole foot! Let's see some PR's!
*If you're not feeling it, don't go heavy just to go heavy, do sets of 3-5 reps while everyone else is doing their thing.
For time (15:00 cap):
Squat Cleans (115, 75)
*Clearly going to blow up the legs/quads quite a bit, if you're attacking this appropriately. Take smart breaks if/when needed, don't get to a point where you've done too much too quickly and now need to take 45 seconds off to collect yourself.
