EMOM X 40:
Min 1- 15 Wall Balls
Min 2- 15 Sit-ups
Min 3- 15/12 Calorie Row
Min 4- 200m Run
Min 5- Rest
-Shoot for a number of wall balls and weight you can achieve unbroken. Competitors do 20 per round.
-Row should be done in 40secs or less
-Run can be cut to 150m but this is before your rest minute so let's try to Push here and get that 200m in.
