EMOM x 24:
Minute 1: 40s Max Calorie Ski-Erg/Box Jumps
Minute 2: 40s Max Box Jumps/Calorie Ski-Erg
Minute 3: 1:00 Max Synchronized Burpees
Minute 4: Rest
Partner 1 Does The Ski while Partner 2 does the Box jumps on the same minute, then switch movements for minute 2. On minute 3 the Synchronized Burpees are performed for the whole minute. Then both athletes rest on minute 4. Repeat this for 6 Total Rounds.
