About the Program
When it comes to fitness, everyone is different. Your unique body mechanics, experience, goals, likes and dislikes can guide your trainer in creating a customized plan that is specific to your wants and needs.
From weight loss to weightlifting, our coaches have you covered, and the best part is that you create a training schedule with your coach that works for you! Every first session includes an assessment, where your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement patterns, and design a program specifically for you based on your movement and weaknesses!
With a program that strengthens your weaknesses, you are more likely to gain incredible results. Also, a few sessions can be a great tool for learning the fundamentals that will be used in our classes if that is the overall goal.
All sessions are booked directly with our coaches. Our coaches are constantly enhancing their ability to train athletes of all levels. They have college degrees in Exercise Science or a related field, years of coaching experience with a wide array of clientele, and most importantly a devoted passion to help others reach their goals and achieve things they never dreamed of doing before. We know success comes in many shapes and sizes, but no matter the feat, we will be by your side rejoicing each and every accomplishment together.
