About the Program
Each week our Masters Athletes gather together to do a workout that is fun, challenging and age-appropriate. These Saturday morning workouts tend to be longer and are often team WOD’s. The camaraderie of this group is contagious.

About the Coach
Drew Carnase
Drew is the owner of CrossFit Resilience. He graduated from Hamilton College in 1987 where he played 2 sports. After a 24-year career in the insurance industry Drew decided that he had enough of the “corporate” world and it was time to focus on something he was truly passionate about – owning a gym and helping friends to radically improve their fitness. Drew remains determined to make CrossFit Resilience a facility that routinely transforms and enhances the lives of its members in ways that they couldn’t anticipate. His simple goal has always been to make the hour that members spend in the box the most rewarding hour of their day. Achievements
