JumpStart Your Fitness Journey
This six week program is for anyone looking to get back into fitness or start a new routine all together. The program includes 3 instructor-led classes per week. All levels are welcome, whether you are brand new to exercise, looking to mix things up, or have not been to the gym in years!

Duration: 6 weeks, Monday, September 14 – Thursday, October 22
Class Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays – 7:30pm
