THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
What should I expect in the first few weeks?
Everyone reacts differently to their first few weeks depending on several factors. It is normal to feel a bit anxious and excited and even sometimes confused or uncertain. Just remember that everyone is in this together! You are now a member of an amazing community and will be surrounded by new friends who will make sure you feel at home in no time.
You should expect to feel invigorated and energized and perhaps a bit sore if you are not accustomed to some of the movements. Make sure you are drinking lots of water throughout the day and spending time stretching!
How long before I start to see results?
You should notice immediate changes in how you feel! We take great pride in making sure your time with us is the best hour of your day! Be patient and take time to establish SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-‐‑bound) goals and review them often. Keep working towards them!
When will it get easy?!
Your workouts should always be challenging. Some days will feel easier than others, but every day should make you feel like you are one step closer to your goals
The goal of the next six weeks is to jumpstart your nutrition for 2019. At the end of the day, what we put into our bodies greatly affects how we feel, and operate. We want to take this opportunity to start 2019 off on the right foot and to experience the positive mental and physical changes that proper nutrition provides.
We want the next six weeks to be geared towards maximizing the results that we can achieve! While these aren’t necessarily meant to be strict guidelines to follow long-term, this component will give you a great understanding of how appropriate quality and quantity of foods can improve your overall health and fitness.
