What motivates you to continue CrossFit? The CrossFit community of people.
What are your favorite movements and favorite WOD? I love the weight work-outs. My favorite WODs are short ones LOL!
What is your favorite CrossFit memory? When I lost weight & body-fat doing the nutrition challenge, and my team won!
What is the best advice you can give a fellow CrossFitter? It is more important to do movements with the proper form than it is to do a lot of reps. Improper form can cause serious injuries. I always keep this in mind, and appreciate when the coaches correct my form. My goal is to keep doing CrossFit and not get sidelined.
